Consumers have a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity and protection against hidden defects on all products, including distributed brands. Our terms also provide an additional 6-month commercial guarantee. For business purchases, the contractual guarantee lasts 6 months from delivery (Part 3 of the terms).

Yes, we stock spare parts for all our products and the brands we distribute. Contact us with your product reference and we'll let you know the availability and price of the required parts.

Consumers may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Made-to-measure or clearly personalised goods are excluded. Consumers pay direct return costs; excessive handling may reduce the refund, but use alone does not cancel the right to withdraw. Business purchases do not have this withdrawal right (Part 3 of the terms).
