You can review OVIHANDLING as a whole — the advice, the ordering, the delivery, the after-sales service — and, if you have ordered from us, each of the products you received. Every review is read by a person before publication: nothing is published automatically, nothing is bought, nothing is generated.

Review a product you ordered
Enter your order number and the email used for the purchase: we list the products you received, each with a direct link to its review form.
How we handle reviews
Reviews shown here come only from people who bought the product from us. We never write, buy or generate reviews.
- Collection
- A review can be left from this page, or after the invitation email we send 21 days after delivery. There is no other source: no imported reviews, no third-party platform.
- Verification
- When the email address on the review matches an order that was paid, shipped or delivered, the review is marked "Verified purchase". Reviews without that match are still published, without the badge.
- Moderation
- Every review is read by a person before publication, usually within a few working days. We only refuse reviews that are insulting, off-topic, contain personal data or are not about the product. A refused review is never modified: it is simply not published, and the author is told why on request.
- No incentive
- No payment, discount, gift or advantage of any kind is given in exchange for a review, and a negative rating changes nothing about the service you receive.
- Publication date and retention
- Each review shows the date it was submitted, in chronological order. Reviews stay online for 3 years and are then removed. An author can ask us at any time to correct or delete their review.
